At Astakos, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality seafood and an exceptional dining experience. Due to the perishable nature of fresh seafood, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please review our policy below:

Order Discrepancies:
If you receive the incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 4 hours of receiving your order. Ensure the items remain in their original condition, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. -
Quality Concerns:
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately with:- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item(s) in question
Our team will assess your claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Delivery Issues:
Astakos works diligently to ensure timely delivery of all orders. In rare cases of delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, refunds will not be provided. If delays compromise the quality of your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. -

We deliver Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Please note during public holidays or seasonal periods this may change.
Our seafood is sourced directly from the markets each morning, filleted & packed on the same day. Ensuring you get the freshest fish possible delivered!
At Astakos, we use specially designed refrigeration boxes packed with an ice pack to ensure your seafood stays cool until you place it in the fridge.
